Whole Home Renovations

Another masterpiece by award-winning architect Christopher Simmonds, this is a "whole-home" renovation in which no area will be untouched. Bedrooms are being converted and added, additions are being made for new kitchen, living and dining rooms, and bathrooms. Extensive new trimwork will be added throughout, along with hardwood and ceramic floors. The mechanical and electrical systems are being completely replaced for maximum energy efficiency.

On the outside, a striking new look has been designed, which incorporates cedar roof shingles and a stonework facade. This transformation will surely cause some double-takes for those familiar with the old - watch the evolution into the new!
