Lot 111 - Staghorn Green — We have saved the best for last.

If there is a perfect family home this home should be it. It's design thought was for both now and the future.

The house size at 6000 plus square feet and most of the 1 acre lot being used, nothing for a growing family has been overlooked. The stone and brick exterior and oversized custom wood double front entry doors give its stately appearance. The service entry tucked out of view opens adjacent to the walk in storage room. This corridor area provides easy access to the elevator, basement stairs, change room with shower, rear entry to the pool and tennis court as well as the generous spaces of the 3 car garage.

The basements high ceiling along with careful placement of beams and posts will provide lots of uninterrupted space for the boys to play hockey. A rough in for a full bath, well placed basement windows and contained mechanical areas leave many opportunities for finishing this level at a later date.

The main level is designed for both large extended family gatherings and private family life. Keeping an eye on the children's study habits placed the south facing sunroom/study near the kitchen.
