Custom Home

This home began as a Minto Douglas model. Our client was attracted to the opportunity to custom build such a home within an established community on an oversized lot. This model has been expanded in width and length on the main floor. A custom designed round nook and retreat were designed to provide lots of interior space with an interesting exterior facade overlooking the large rear yard. The front bedrooms share the additional space and the entire master bedroom and ensuite have been redesigned to suit our clients needs. This home will have special finishes as directed by our client.
