Waterfront Winding Way in Nepean

This home will be the first of 12 custom homes to be built on this site over the next few years. It was designed for a growing family, who wants their expectations fulfilled of what a custom home should be, and who would spend time together enjoying the beauty of this river-front homesite.

Like many of our custom homes, the dream began as a Warwick model and changed shape from there. When the design was finished, the only remaining reference to a Warwick was the name.

This home will begin construction shortly, and will include six bedrooms, five bathrooms (and two additional powder rooms), stone exterior, full walk-out basement, sunroom and an amazing kitchen. From its inviting curved front porch, recessed upper balcony to its many interior details, it's again a true example of how our custom homes group can bring your dreams to life.
