Lot 4 - Winding Way

This custom home came to life shortly after a visit to the Minto built CHEO Dream Home just over 2 years ago.

The homeowners desire to live on the water, and raise their family had taken them to a variety of waterfront homes listed for sale. However, when buying someone else's dream home, there are often significant renovations required to customize, and often these costs can easily surpass the costs to design your own home from scratch.

The home boasts a modern design, with it's low profile roof, wide overhangs, stone block skirt, stucco finish, and oversized windows. It really is a true reflection of the homeowners dreams. The interior has been designed using open spaces,sleek glass railings, and spectacular high ceilings that enhance the river views and will allow for large gatherings while entertaining. The master bedroom's fireplace, large window, sitting area, spacious and well appointed ensuite, and covered deck overlooking the river, will make it difficult to leave for work.

Bringing this dream to life begins in November.
