Lot 5 Talisman Water villa

Most of our waterfront custom homes start with a design that exposes the beautiful river views once you walk through the front door. This usually is the only common element in design with other waterfront homes we have built. This home once again show cases our abilities to customize Minto models both inside and out to bring our customers dream home to life.

The dream started as a Talisman model from our Roxbourgh home series built in Toronto. At just over 4400 square feet it gave our client most of the space they were looking for with their young family.

We began by modifying room sizes to better suite their life style, the office, living room, dining room all grew, a basement entry from the new mud room was added. The laundry room was relocated to the basement. A covered finished deck as well as a third car garage were also added. Arches, corner fire place and the air lock entry were changed to suite.

Upstairs every room except the study was customized. An enclosed in third level deck was added to the master retreat. Coffered ceiling details were added to the hall and master.

The lower level has been designed to be finished with the laundry area, cold room, exercise room, great room with bar area, a full bath and a couple guest bedrooms.

The exterior of this home is were its transformation can be best described as custom. Metal roofing, railings, balconies, post, window surrounds and shapes have earned the Water Villa designation. This home is our latest addition to the street scape of Windingway Waterfront.
