Custom Home - 4,989 Sq. Ft.

Inspired by the elegance of Minto's 2004 CHEO Dream Home and the desire to practice the much loved sport of golf in their own yard, this plan has been brought to life at Custom Homes by Minto.

The large Orchard Estates lot at 150' by 333' provides ample space for a circular driveway, an over-sized triple car garage as well as planned sand traps and a chipping green. Since the lot is backing south it will flood the home with natural light.

The home itself is based on Minto's Kensington model. The exterior of the home has been modified with beautifully shaped windows and metal roof canopies over both the main entry and kitchen box bay window. The exterior will be finished in stucco using the latest base foam blocks to provide better drainage.

The interior of this home has been changed to accomodate large gatherings as well to reflect the exceptional quality finishes one would expect in a custom home. Yet the homes family spaces are comfortable in size and easily accessible.
