Construction has begun on the much anticipated Stirlingwater model on Winding Way waterfront.

The home is for sale and could provide occupancy by fall of 09. Planning for this custom home began with Minto’s Stirling model that also formed the base for Minto’s 2008/09 CHEO Dream Home.

Our custom home, however, required design considerations that the river views, walk-out basement and its deep road set-back on this unique site offered.

The roof should be on it by early January 09 and the home closed-in. I would like to invite those considering waterfront city living to explore this opportunity early so we can incorporate your finishes.
