Custom Home - 6,141 Sq. Ft.

This home, one of many starting this spring by our custom homes group, has been a long time in the making. As current Minto homeowners, these clients were unaware of Minto’s custom home building capabilities until we met them at a local home show.

At the time, they were outgrowing their current home and were looking for land on which to build their dream home. After purchasing this amazing lot in Orchard Estates, our internal team of designers began putting their dreams on canvas. The many revisions have evolved into this spacious two story home with many interesting features.

This home features a stately stone facade, angled garage and hot tub rooms that sit well back from the road and the circular driveway. The games room with wet bar over the garage provide views of both the front and rear yards. There are two staircases, a formal staircase visible as you enter the front door, and a second staircase located at the secondary entrance, adjacent to the elevator.

The blend of both open and closed spaces satisfies the couples individual tastes. Interior leaded glass lights in the foyer will illuminate both the dining and living room as you enter and undoubtedly will become a conversation piece for those entering for the first time.
