Information:

From time to time our custom homes group obtains oversized lots that are unique in nature from the lots being developed for Minto's standard home offerings. This provides our Custom Homes Group with an opportunity to build custom infill homes within new Minto communities. Our past successes in Appleford Village in Beacon Hill, Centralla in Hunt Club and Quarry Ridge in Orleans have provided consumers the opportunity to take a Minto model and modify it to suit their desires both in finishes and structure. Then have their home built to the Custom Homes Group un-compromising quality standards. These homes have proved to be a design challenge for our architectural team. We have spread models apart to be wider, stretched them, opened them up to be modern, moved stairs, reworking elevations, added covered decks.....all in all we have done modifications to bring someone's dreams to life.

We will soon add Chapman Mills to this opportunity. We have 3 building sites, all with walk out basements, fronting onto New-Liskeard Crescent, backing onto Brenmaur Road in Hearts Desire. These are pie shaped lots with a Southern facing rear yard.
