Our last custom home building site has just become available. We have explored a few designs for this site and know we can fit all
of Minto’s Windingway series homes with 3 car garages, nicely on this lot. It is flat, pool sized and backing onto treed city property. The site offers some Ottawa River and Gatineau Hill views.
Our custom group has proudly completed the 3 neighboring homes over the past couple years. Homes being considered here will need to be a minimum of 3200 square feet and up to 5500.
The site is 52 feet wide at the front but pies out quickly to a 160 foot width at the back. It is about 100 feet deep and will be fenced by Minto at the rear and along the walking path side.
The 4 homes are placed within a Minto community of 75 other new homes of various sizes. Easy commute to shopping, the down town core, hospitals and cycling paths along the river. There are parks and schools in the area and bus service nearby.
