Lot 250 - Sandridge Drive, Rockcliffe

After searching the city core for a custom home building site this knock down infill opportunity was presented. Facing the river parkland along with the established neighborhood the 100 by 100 site was secured. Attached to the infill lot was a pre-approved home plan. With their personalized touches to the design and new finished specifications it is now under way.

The design has some French Provincial influences with is high pitched wings, long slender windows, arches and soffit knee brackets. The divided lights and custom oversized wood entry door with blend well in the village.

At 3400 square feet the home is designed for family living. The garage is tucked out of view into the lower level of this design. A mud room, powder room, large vestibule, family recreation room as well as generous storage space finish off this level.

The main floor entry is open to above, the den and living rooms were position to obtain the park views while the family spaces, kitchen, dining and family room are facing the mature treed rear. There is a large rear yard terrace planned at this level.

The upper floor contains the 4 bedroom, 3 baths and laundry room.
