Lot 4 - Butternut Creek - Versailles

Work will begin shortly on our customized Versailles model. This home was modified from the original Winding way plan to suite its new estate lot setting. This home can be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2011.

This home is looking for a larger family in need of space. A family that will appreciate tossing a ball around in their yard, long family bike rides in their neighbor hood or the natural beauty of mature trees that line the back of the lot. The privacy of being only one of four homes built on the street within a larger community yet without rear yard “human” neighbors. A family that might enjoy exploring the nature that surrounds the creek flowing just beyond the trees.

This 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home is about 4300 square feet in size. We have pulled the 3 car garage forward in the design to allow us to develop a covered front porch. It also enables us to create a generous size mudroom with lots of storage space and separate off the laundry area. Both areas accessible from the garage.

Our design removed the dedicated office space and added a theatre room in its place for family movie nights. A covered rear porch overlooking the trees was added off both the master suite and family room.

A butler’s pantry to serve the dining room was added. As well, we relocated the family room fireplace, re positioned and re sized the windows to provide the best views and capture the southern sun.

Most other areas of the home went un-disturbed.
