Lot 9 - Winding Way Waterfront : The Balmoralwater

For the past 5 years this purchaser has watched the other waterfront homes we have built come to life from a beautiful Minto Balmoral within the same Windingway community. Their dreams of living on the water are about to begin.

Using the Balmoral model they had grown to love as a base we explored their ideas, wish lists and are pleased to present the “BalmoralWater”.

While the house has grown in size the room locations have remained true to their origin. This home will carry a more modern feel in its finishes than their last home and as with most of the waterfront homes we opened it to river views from the moment you enter through the front doors. The stairs were squared off and relocated as was the powder room and foyer closet.

The kitchen has been expanded to provide for a generous sized island still allowing circulation space for large gatherings. The laundry room mud room now runs the width of the garage. The garage is set up as a tandem with space for 4 cars. We have added the small side overhead utility door for garden tractor access.

Each of the 4 upper bedrooms now feature, private ensuite baths. The master includes a retreat area, fireplace room divider, a private deck overlooking the river as well an ensuite with river views.

The 3 story covered rear deck will have Jewel Stone floors and glass railings.
